If you are are interested in contesting the Lok Sabha Elections with the Aam Aadmi Party, please follow the instructions below and send us your nomination form.
1. Please download and fill the form & sign on each page.
2. Send the complete form with a passport size photograph to: Candidate Selection Committee, Aam Aadmi Party, A-119, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad - 201010, UP.

2. भरे हुए फॉर्म को अपनी एक पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटोग्राफ के साथ, इस पते पर भेजें: उमीदवार चयन समिति, आम आदमी पार्टी, ए-119, कौशाम्बी, गाजियाबाद-201010, उत्तर प्रदेश
