Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 30 years. Age Relaxation is applicable for Govt servants/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary
Education, Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in
Education.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Written Test & Teaching Skill Test.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to Pay Rs.50/- through crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO)
or crossed Bank Draft issued from a Nationalized Bank in favour of The
General Manager OEF, Kanpur (Registration No must written on back side
if IPO/ DD). The Postal Order/ Bank Draft should be issued on or after
date of publication of advertisement in Employment News and no fee for
SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PHP & Women candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online
from the website www.oefkanpur.gov.in from 05-04-2014 at 10:00 hrs to
25-04-2014 at 17:00 hrs and send hard copy of application along with
attested copies of educational & technical qualifications, caste
certificate in prescribed format and age proof etc, in an envelope
superscribed with Name of the post applied for must be written on top of
envelope in capital letters, DD/ IPO and send to The General Manager,
Ordnance Equipment Factory, Phoolbagh Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh on or
before 02-05-2014 by 17:00 hrs.

1. Before applying online, Candidates must have valid E-mail ID and Phone number.
2. Scan the Photograph and Signature for uploading at the time of applying online.
3. Log on to the website www.oefkanpur.gov.in.
4. Read the instructions carefully & Click on Apply Online.
5. Fill all the details in PART-I & PART-II registration.
6. Submit error free application form.
7. Note down Registration No & Password for downloading the application form.
8. Take 2 print out of application and keep one of it for future use and
send one copy with relevant documents to the above mentioned address.
